Shipping

All orders are shipped in 3-4 working days ( Monday-Friday). All products are made from scratch upon receiving the order.

We are not responsible for incorrect mobile number or address. Your order will be returned to us if the mobile number and/or the address with pincode are incorrect. In which case, we will attempt to reship your product with an additional fee.

Exchange & Returns

Custom printed or personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes pet name customisation, custom text, and made-to-order printed apparel.

Non-customised products can be returned or exchanged only if they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

For eligible returns, store credit will be issued and will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

For size exchanges, please ensure the product is non-customised and returned in original condition.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us on oops@lilclumsy.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

Return shipping is borne by the customer unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

We will NOT be printing special characters or emoji's typed in "Add your pet name" text field.
